I am stuck in a lease with another company. Can I get out of it?
Yes! We very often buyout leases from other companies so that you can upgrade to a newer copier (and often at a lower monthly price). Speak with one of our business consultants about the lease buyout programs we offer.
I can’t afford to purchase a copier. Can I lease one?
Yes, we offer very competitive lease rates on terms ranging from 12 to 66 months in length.
Is installation included?
Let us do the heavy lifting! One of our certified technicians will deliver and install the new copier at your workplace, setup the print drivers on your computers and setup scan to email for all of your users.
Can you return my existing copier back to the leasing company?
Any time you decide to lease or purchase a new copier from Ontario Copier, we can return it to the leasing company at no additional charge. It’s part of our value-add!
What is your service technician response time?
We guarantee a 4-hour on-site response time from one of our certified technicians.
Is toner included with my service plan?
Yes! Our “Cost Per Print” service agreement includes all toner, warranty, service calls, parts and labour.
How do I place a service call or order toner?
Please call the phone number located on the front of your photocopier – we’ll respond right away!
Can I cancel my service contract?
Yes, you can cancel your service contract at any time by providing us with 30 days written notice. Please note that equipment leases function different than service contracts, with separate terms and conditions.
Do you rent photocopiers?
We can provide short-term photocopier rentals in certain areas. Please contact our sales department with your request.
We are moving offices. Can you move and re-install my copier for me?
Yes we can. Please contact our sales department for a quote.
Do you sell paper, ink and other office supplies too?
Of course we do! Please contact our sales department with your request.
